Everything was set up to be Covid secure and safe, it was a fun class, and lovely to get back into the studio

It was so lovely to be able to return to Pilates classes and the studio was well organised for the new ‘normal’ and I felt completely safe and able to relax and enjoy my class.
Felt very safe, measures in place have been communicated very well, in the studio everything feels welcoming and thought through.
I love the reformer Pilates classes at CVD. The exercises are brilliant for keeping my back healthy, increasing my flexibility and for my general fitness.

THe classes are well run, well taught and the precautions for the current C-19 are well thought through and executed.
