• Everyone is always super nice. They always make you feel welcome, and everyone is always fun to talk to, yet professional. Also, the cryotherapy simply works! Even after one session, I noticed the difference in the soreness I felt. This summer, I significantly upped my running and I believe cryo helped me to do with minimal muscle fatigue.

• Rick and Maddie are both very responsive and attentive without being pushy. Again, I felt like my questions were answered and I was able to come and try out a service without feeling like I was being pushed back into a sale. Both are very professional. I also like how the location is set up - very nice.
