• 1/3 I loved that the atmosphere was set as soon as we arrived. Teachers are personable and aware of pace. She took the time to ensure we were all well and co2/3 mfortable. She honored our person by asking if we would accept touch rather than just reaching in. She adjusted accordingly to avoid injury and ensure co3/3 mplete understanding that of stances and motions.

• I've tried yoga before and was totally turned off and hated it. Ericca's pop-up class in the park was AMAZING! I absolutely loved it and will be attending again as soon as I can!
