• Very relaxing and peaceful. An excellent workout especially because it was in an outdoor space - with no air conditioning - sweating it out helps detox the body!

• Though the 1sr half of the community class was not the greatest experience however I know these are newer instructors. The owner and some of the others made it a very welcoming environment for me and my family. Most studios look at you like a number or outsider and they have their groups or clicks they stick with not caring about the person. New Age welcomes you and helps with the practice which is rare and awesome. I know ill stick with it and improve with this group. Thank you
