• My instructor was welcoming and so fun to work with! I love Aerial workouts in general, but she helped me so much and had great pointers on how to improve technique or endurance. Plus, Savasana in an Aerial Hammock is heavenly 💕

• The space is nice and the service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The Staff was so thorough, knowledgeable, and fair. Each child had several opportunities to try the techniques. They knew every child by name and made sure it was educational and FUN!!! They were extremely helpful in setting up and taking things down. From asking if we needed an extra table, to offering extra plates after I ran out... (lol) We started a bit behind, but the event flowed SEAMLESSLY & they offered the time needed to make our birthday celebration a grand hit!!!
