• The instructor was ask sweet and made me feel so comfortable, even though I am very out of shape. I was going to go to class today at 9:30, but I should up at 9:29 and I saw them stretching through the windy and instantly got nervous so I left. I have horrible anxiety, so to make me feel welcomed and secure is amazing. I left feeling very empowered!!
