• I wanted to give a ten, but feel it would be helpful for your establishment to consider a few things that occurred. I'm not one to normally give criticism, and would normally give a ten+++ to this establishment. Without these two observations you would be a 10+++ your in-house music is wonderful, it's calming and it plays loud enough when a client is in the sauna. I don't think the staff was aware that when into ten minutes of the sauna session, a different sound began to disturb the calm: i don't know where it came from but it was a long and loud infocommercial that played close to the sauna. I had to turn on the radio which was difficult for me without my glasses and I didn't want to listen to rock music, luckily found classical but it wasn't good for relaxing. It was a process. I'm sure this was a freak situation--though I don't know where it was coming from.
