• The staff, especially Kayla, was so friendly. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays, and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and inviting and welcoming everyone was. Also, the facility was very clean, and I appreciated Kayla talking to me during cryotherapy, so it could distract my mind.

• This was my husband and my 2nd time going to the sauna !! The staff was really nice and welcoming!! The space was clean !! And I enjoy the calm vibe it gives when you walk in !!
