• Rolled out of bed this morning without one stiff muscle for the first time as far back as I can remember.

• I am training for the Marine Corps Marathon on October 30, 2016. I found Long Island cryology to be just the medicine I need for the aches and pains associated with long distance running. I recommend them and they're friendly staff to anyone looking for full body rejuvenation.

• My experience for the first time was overwhelming and excited all together. The treatment is cold for 2 to 3 min, but I feel it will be worth every minute given even though it was my first time. Everyone was nice, any question you may have they answer with patients, and you are comfortable in their presence. I have my session to go and will continue going to this facility to see improvement.

• Very professional and friendly staff. I was nervous to try the whole body cryology, but they made me feel very comfortable and answered all of the many questions I had asked. I would def recommend this location and cryology for anyone who has not tried it out yet. I felt great and it helped a great deal with my muscle stiffness!
