• I tried Cryology yesterday for the first time. I was nervous initially because I don't like the cold, but this was so worth it. The staff talked me through the whole thing and were all amazing. I felt completely refreshed immediately after and now the next day my muscles are still feeling great. I will definitely be coming back.

• I had wanted to try cryotherapy for a while. I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving and from traveling and working out I was sore all over my body. I did a search for cryotherapy places and choose Cryology because they offered more options to help heal the body then just cryotherapy. They had infrared and salt therapy, concentrated leg massage therapy and spot cryotherapy. I like that they wanted to offer a variety of alternative healing products which indicated to me this shop wanted to offer the best solutions for their customers. Alexa was great at walking me through what to expect and answered all my questions all of my thoroughly. I would highly recommend this place.
