• Really enjoy the salt room and the whole body chemotherapy. I know most people speak of the physical benefits but I have found I have increased mental clarity and a more positive outlook on life since I have started using these services. I feel very strongly about using holistic methods for physical and mental well being and the services offered here have been a great compliment to things I have already been doing to live a healthy life. When doing anything like this remember that it is not an instant or quick fix but if used in addition to healthy eating, exercise, meditation etc I think you can certainly increase your quality of life in a natural way

• I have had severe back pain for the last 8 years or so, which has limited my mobility. Putting socks and shoes on was always an ordeal, after just 1 treatment, my flexibility is better and my pain has been reduced quite a bit. I am certainly a believer and will be back for more treatments!
