• My daughter and I tried the salt cave for the first time today. It was a very relaxing experience. My daughter was suffering from allergies and found relief almost immediately. The staff was very nice and informational. I absolutely will try this again.

• I visited Cryology recently for the use of the infrared sauna. It was so relaxing on a chilly day. The staff there is sooooooooooo very nice and accommodating. They explain everything throughly and are always pleasant smiling faces when you enter the facility. I can't wait to try more services from them, including the Himalayan salt room. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for pain relief and/or relaxation.

• Such a great experience! I have rheumatoid arthritis and my elbows were really bothering me prior to the cryo treatment. I felt great afterwards and the following day. Inflammation and pain was much improved! I will definitely be back for another session!
