• The friendly staff made my first visit comfortable and enjoyable so that the 3 minutes of cold went by really quickly. I felt feeling energized after and later on I felt like my metabolism was increased. I had a great lifting session afterwards and today I don't feel as sore as I normally would the day after hitting PRs. Definitely will be returning to really see the benefits of Cryo.

• I went once for the salt therapy room unsure about it. I have now gone back 8 times so far and plan to keep going. I have asthma and I see a tremendous difference in my breathing. I don't feel winded after a walk anymore like I used too. I love the salt therapy and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend cryology li.
