• I tried tho how sauna and it was wonderful. I can't say about the salt room or the cryo, but I am looking forward to trying all of it

• Awesome experience! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and caring... not pushy at all! I walked in with lower back/hip/IT band pain I had been dealing with for months and literally walked out feeling relief! 24hrs later I still great! Highly recommended, I will be back in for maintenance as needed! 👍🏻👍🏻💙

• I had been researching this type of treatment for quite awhile but was always skeptical. I am currently taking part in a metabolic recalibration in which this treatment is recommended. I wasn't aware that there was a facility on Long Island and once I became aware of it I decided to try it. This was an amazing decision, the reviews were correct, it's an amazing treatment that I'll be adding to my regiment on a regular basis. The team at Cryology, Babylon was extremely professional and cannot wait to go back.

• Always a pleasant experience at Cryo! I frequent the Babylon location for achey, sore muscles, I leave feeling like a new person! In addition to cryo I did the vibration plate to help release the tightness in my hamstrings - I have never felt better! I will be back soon :)
