• I had my first session yesterday and I felt immediate relief I trained 8 hours later and I felt a great deal of flexibility and relief as well as after I was done training. I could tell today in the morning that there's definitely less inflammation and more range of motion. I would suggest this to anybody that has tendonitis or any arthritic problems
