• I've been here plenty of times for cryo, I had no idea there was a salt cave! (Which also let's you know how great the people there are. They aren't some pushy sales people trying to shove services down your throat like some spas or gyms just to make a sale) and they are always so nice and friendly! Nikki was super sweet and helpful to my friend and I. Explained the salt cave, benefits, what some other people do etc. And I did cryo after. I love this place, I make the trip even though it's like 45 minutes from my house

• My daughter and I both had the whole body cryotherapy treatment session. They were incredibly helpful in walking us through our first time. I think it is something we will both be doing again

• I had an acute flare up of sciatica after lifting a king size mattress . I could hardly walk for 2 days . My husband had suggested I try cryotherapy . He had completed s few sessions after he had an acute knees injury . I am Nurse Practitioner and was honestly reluctant and afraid to try cryotherapy . I was so uncomfortable that even sneezing hurt me . I decided to try it . The front staff was so nice and then I met Jim . He took my blood pressure, which is part of the screening and reassured me.and told me I would feel better . Jim gave me instructions and told me to push a button when I was ready to start the treatment and that he would return when I was ready . Jim came in and talked with me while the treatment was in progress . The session only lasts 3 minutes . I walked out feeling much better but still wasn't sure how long it would last . Today, 24 hours later I'm back at work at a slower than normal pace but feeling so, so much better . I'm still in awe that this actually reduced my pain so quickly . I would recommend this therapy and hope that if you are reading this, that you consider it . Thanks again to Jim and his team I'm better as a result and appreciate greatly .

• I was somewhat skeptical about whether the cryolgoy would work on my beat up knees but I came out feeling terrific. The staff was professional, educational and helpful throughout. Highly recommend the facility. Can't wait to try out there other offerings!!!
