• I tried cryo for the first time yesterday and I was a little nervous going in because of the temperature it goes down to. Nikki was really great with talking to me during the entire session and taking my mind off of the coldness. Afterwards, when my body warmed up, my muscles felt so much looser and I felt a general sense of calm. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to relieve muscle tension. I will definitely be back for more sessions and might even explore the other different therapies offered there as well!
