I didn't know what to expect. There was zero pressure, Lynette was extremely helpful. She listened to what I needed and suggested the specific treatment. I had just left radiology and was uncertain if the process would help. Craig worked on my foot and the area that was tender for a good amount of time before beginning the cold treatment, it was intense! I also did the compression which was absolutely AMAZING. As a runner I will be back for more if that. Today, a day later I was able to get through a 5K with a decent pace with little discomfort. Thank you!
