The receptionist upfront was very helpful in providing information of services provided. She recommended the body compressions to help with my cold extremities and explained how it would help. After trying the torso and leg compressions I did feel more circulation and not as cold. CryoMe also offer other health services such as cryotherapy, infrared sauna and several other services you can read about in their brochures or on their website. I will certainly come back to try the arm compression and leg compression.
