• My son really enjoys training at Limitless, it great to see some quality strength and conditioning activity going on now that the myths around children and resistance training are finally being put to bed! It has so many benefits (my son is a cyclist) for all other sports and it also improves confidence and movement competency which is vital for all kids. He always looks forward to the sessions at Limitless!
