• Really enjoyed being back, especially the people and the banter! Such a friendly atmosphere and fun workouts. I suffer with pain in my joints and so what would really help is some advanced notice of the workouts for the week in order to avoid training the same muscle groups the day before or cherry pick the workouts to avoid getting injured.
