• I've really enjoyed all the classes and have made some noticeable gains. Its very friendly and both my kids really enjoy the kids classes.

• Because the coaches are great, the work outs are fun, varied and challenging and everyone is so welcoming of both you and the baby. It really is one of very few options for me to exercise when looking after the baby

• I've learnt so much from these classes and have movements such as pull-up, hand satnd holds, toes to bar etc which i never would have thought i could have. I've also met a lot of great people who I can hang out in and out of the box
