• Jeremy is an amazing coach, has a great manner with the children's groups and adults alike, he deliveres varied functional content in an engaging way, with progression and adaptations to challenge everyone. The range of children's ages and ability ranges catered for is unique. The welcoming, supportive and inspiring culture is outstanding and non-intimidating. Chiltern Crossfit is great for adults and children, I highly reccomend them to anyone I can.
