• I appreciated that there was availability to book trainers at multiple times last minute! That really saved me. Miki struck the right balance between pushing me and checking in, I felt like I was in capable hands. And I appreciated that i was learning the ins and outs of Pilates equipment more, like the names of objects, being put in charge of removing or replacing harnesses, cleaning equipment etc. I see a trainer at a different studio who does that stuff for me, and it means I don't feel as prepared to take a group Pilates class on my own
