Contrology Studio is a fully equipped Classical Pilates Studio in the Mission District of San Francisco. Our studio offers Private, Semi-privates, and Small Group classes with instructors who have all completed over 700+ hours of training. Sessions are geared toward the individual and modified according to the person's specific needs. Regardless of age, gender, or physical limitations, clients feel the difference in how they walk, do sports activities, work, and, most importantly, how they live. Suzanne's class was so fun. She is an original old school, fun Pilates teacher. It was a great workout on the reformer with good hands-on adjustments . I will definitely come back!

Best classical studio in the heart of Mission! I've been doing pilates for 9+ years. I took Micky's class - loved the class, individual attention, and progressive strengthening exercises. Highly recommend!
