  • Sure no problem! As a fitness professional I'm always looking for new ways to recover. Since I'm always on the go from studio to studio I thought I'd try out Cold Play one day after a bunch of classes! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was a little nervous how cold this was going to be, but I was immediately assured that it wasn't going to be that bad! My legs were so tired after teaching a ton of classes, but after a 3 minute session and use of the compression socks, within minutes my legs started to feel so much better. Not only did it help with the lactic acid in my legs, but I slept amazing that night! The next day I was ready to teach. I wasn't feeling lethargic, tired, and run down, but more energized and fresh. Cannot WAIT to get back to Cold Play! It will definitely be my go-to recovery spot!
