• I must say I was very apprehensive initially but was quickly put at ease by the Casey, the young lady at the front desk. Informative and supportive she was an absolute pleasure which made the experience that much better. The actual session was exhilarating, punctuated by a mental acuteness I have not experienced in a very long time. Life happens and things get in the way which have kept me away but am anxiously looking forward to my next visit.
