• Cold Play Cryo is a great place to either go relax and unwind, or replenish yourself with an amazing staff and uplifting atmosphere. With the state of the art technology this place has, they really helped me rejuvenate myself after a 30 hour car ride across country. Thanks Cold Play Cryo!

• For any athletic injuries or from another form of injuries, cryo therapy is for anyone in pain and it helps immediately to the effective areas of the pain. Brings down swelling down. Helps your skin elasticity too when it is applied directly by ourchafing the isolated Cryo sessions as well. The full body is great for pain all over the body. The staff is excellent and always will accommodate your schedule as well. Our life gets hectic and if you need to change dates they don’t charge you fir the change like in the physical therapy’s offices. I used to used them in the past but now I prefer Cryo therapy. Immediate gratification!👍😀💪🙌❤️

• Working in the fitness will have a HUGE impact on your body. I teach so many sessions a week PLUS do my own workouts. Needless to say my body gets put through the ringer. Walking into cyro yesterday my body was hurting. When I left I felt like a million bucks! The space was top of the line and beyond gorgeous! Both workers at the front were so sweet and kind! I was able to get a tour and also use the massage chair ( surprised I'm not still sitting in that) I LOVED everything! The normatec sleeves on my tired legs were amazing and I felt so much relief once they were done! I look forward to my next session!
