• For inflammation & injuries I feel that it helps relieve my pain as well. Reduces the look of my bruises from the injuries as well. I am able to return to sports and able to come back and get relief after playing again. I cannot stop playing sports and wait for it to heal but cryo allows me to lay and get relief from inflammation and continue activities and stil get recovery as well.
