I really enjoyed the session and would recommend it 10. However when I looked at the website I couldn't tell if there was a per class fee or if the only way to take classes was to pay 90 per month.
I had a great time. I have heard from others in instructional fitness and they have said nice things about CYC. I have taken yoga, have my degree in PE and dance and so I appreciate sound body mechanics and clear instruction.
The teachers at YHC are so welcoming and have a great flow to the practice. After class I feel grounded mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Nice environment and music convenient class hours nice instructions and location close to home
