The room has good energy, lighting, and music. The classes I have taken have been great. I take the unheeded classes, but sometimes the room is too warm from previous classes.
Classes are great and the teachers are very knowledgeable.

After my first class, I recommended your business to a friend... two actually. The instructor was very knowledgeable and broke down yoga positions into words beginners could understand. She provided excellent reference points to help remember what we learned for the future.
