• Muscle makeover is an incredible course. After being a member for 2 years the instructor is the only one in the facility that knows my name. She can address and encourage everyone in the class by name. Nice touch! This personal motivation feels good. I wish more of the staff and patrons were wearing masks as they enter and leave the facility.
