• I have been a member for many years and have enjoyed the many improvements to the facility and to the fitness classes. The management team is first rate, they are friendly, always helpful and go out of their way to make your time in the gym worthwhile.

• Really great atmosphere. Free weights but no real meat heads and not super crowded. Spin class was awesome, Tito is a great instructor.

• The Zumba class teacher Cheryl was amazing, one of the best Zumba classes I've ever attended!!! Wish she taught more classes she is awesome! There was an adequate number of staff working in the childcare zone so I felt comfortable dropping my child off & Miss Wendy was there so I was able to enjoy my workout without any anxiety knowing my child was in good hands. Front Desk staff was knowledgeable & friendly & I enjoyed an awesome smoothie. Overall great visit!
