• CRC is a family friendly environment. There are no paroles, crooks, or convicts using the CRC like there is at private gyms. I feel safe when I am there.

• I haven't attended Bill's since just before COVID, but he remembered me and welcomed me back. All the employees, from the instructors to the front desk crew to the cleaning staff live the motto, "you belong here." You are all awesome.
