• Kara Simmons is THE BEST teacher! I also LOVE upbeat barre and wish that is was offered at 6 am There is another teacher that teaches a barre class on Sat that is not good sadly nor is Renea when it is her turn to teach high fitness on Fridays. It makes the BIGGEST difference to me to have an instructor that is motivating, leads and cues perfectly, has great music and most importantly explains how to do the exercise correctly and how to get the most affect out of it. Lana is also great at doing that as well as Loni! I wish Loni taught on Fridays when there is basically only one class to choose from.
