Intense but upbeat workout. All muscle groups get worked and alot of the work is by isolating and then targeting that group. The instructor (s) are encouraging and supporting and very visible to the class.

I love coming to barre! It’s a great environment and has great staff! I’m really excited for the new space to get the full experience again! I miss having a full 60min class and the conversations and hugs with all the ladies! Can’t wait!!
