Nina, the owner/instructor was so friendly and warm and very welcoming. The class was invigorating and full of energy. As this is the first time I did Barre, I truly enjoyed it. I can't wait to go again! It was a great workout.

This is not your typical Barre class. It is so much better and the class is so tough. All the instructors kick your butt with a smile, but afterwards the feeling of accomplishment is so satisfying! I love it!
