Because everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable and very caring and I feel safe there not just when there's a pandemic but I feel safe because I know that Dr. Ross knows what he's doing and I like the staff the little girl with the brunette hair is very nice and she smart She's funny she always takes the anxiety out of it and there is anxiety with it for me anyways she always makes me laugh
