My initial appointment was quick and easy! I felt like I explained the results I was looking for and Dr.Ross listened. He didn't quite explain what he was planning on doing, which other doctors I've seen explain their plan with me each time I visit which is the only reason I didn't give a 10. I did need a touch up a week later and Devon was INCREDIBLE! She explained everything and was very thorough! I was so impressed! I went to pay for my touch up and they told me there was no charge! I was so surprised! Every time I've called everyone has been so pleasant and welcoming! They offer great customer service! I will definitely be back!
