Outstanding customer service, staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. If I could rate the nurse who administered my Botox and Filler a 100 I would, she was FANTASTIC!! They treated me as if I was a lifelong client and friend. I was intimidated prior to arrival, coming from a small town, first time visiting the clinic, someone who doesn't get injections on a regular basis. Afraid I would be judged by an uptown clinic in a big city. All of those fears went out the door as soon as I stepped foot into the clinic.

Because Dr. Ellena put the filler exactly where I wanted (my lips look Amazing!) and was very nice through my whole fainting spell and didn't make me feel bad about it.

I chose that score because its always a great experience when I visit clinic Femina and the staff is absolutely impeccable! I couldn't ask for better service! This is what keeps me coming back including the quality of services! I travel 2 hours to see them and its worth it every time!
