Their teaching style is the perfect mix of guidance and encouragement — always offering adjustments when needed while creating a welcoming space for all levels. I love how each class feels intentional, whether it’s focused on strength, flexibility, or simply slowing down and reconnecting. Truly one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had!
