The atmosphere was relaxing, great instructor, and friendly community
Very welcoming environment. Instructor challenged all levels of participants without judgement only encouragement.

I loved the yoga sculpt class and Lexi was great
I did my first Katona class. I always do hot Vinyasa or a blend. I can't remember the name of the instructor, but it was at the Detroit studio. I love the instructor. She was great. I will definitely be back next week and probably bring a friend with me! It was a GREAT. class... the instructor was above and beyond. Her personality was very nice and welcoming, and the way she explained everything was so thorough. I will definitely be back for this class next week!
