I loved this class! Melissa is an amazing instructor. I got everything I was looking for. I wanted that kick-ass vinyasa style yoga with a little bit of zen and she delivered. I will definitely be returning.
The teacher was amazing & the class was excellent. Can't wait to come back!
This was my first yoga class and I'm definitely going to be coming back for classes. We were all different levels, but it was still easy to keep up. Melissa was helpful and encouraging. The class was a good pace and i felt comfortable even though it was my first time.
Faith was awesome! I loved her class and she was super helpful, kind and welcoming.
