Melissa had a great class. The vibe was good. Studio was very clean.
I chose a 10 because I'm the type of person who is unable to relax due to energy, always being on the go, and trying to handle school and extra curricular activities. As a result, it's hard for me to take time out for myself and I tend to stress a lot (I'm only 17). Plus I'm transitioning to college so it's a lot of things going on, but I really enjoyed yoga especially for it to be my first time
The instructor was amazing! Very engaging and help cater to everyone's level with corrections as needed. Excellent studio. Will definitely go again.
