Extremely nice instructor, Casey Miller, who made me feel welcome and comfortable. So did the receptionist at the front desk. I will be signing up for more classes.
It's really inclusive. I love seeing every body type in the studio. There's truly no judgement but rather encouragement. I love that it's not just a neutral feeling - it's a positive, encouraging feeling when in the studio.
Citizen is a great space and Casey did an amazing job! It's good to practice in a space that feels so accepting of all.
