It was a fun experience! The teacher was super nice and as a newcomer I felt like CY definitely fostered an environment I was really excited to learn and grow from.
Everyone there was super nice and I feel very relaxed and stretched out now. The environment was also very peaceful
I got such a good workout from the class on Monday! I was sore for days!
