Class is challenging but not overwhelming. Teacher is encouraging and provides feedback to allow you to improve and continue to challenge yourself in familiar poses.
For 6 months I've been craving yoga inside a studio. The studio is the heart and soul of the community in my opinion. I have an emotional connection to citizens studios. Hearing instructors give live adjustments is amazing. Instructors are able to read the energy of the room and make adjustments on the fly (none of that is possible through zoom). Love being back in person!!!! Love the energy!!!
