The class was great it was a challenge and I loved the towel with lavender at the end.

Great reintroduction to yoga after time away. Teacher (Alice) was very encouraging and made a point to greet everyone and do her best to make them comfortable (e.g., let me know if you don't want to be touched). It was a good class where I pushed myself and I didn't feel like it pushed me too hard so it makes the idea of going again easier to imagine (vs. if the class was so hard I was miserable and wouldn't want to go back)
