The space was comforting but on the smaller side studio wise. There should be a cap on the class size. The instructor did a really good job but should have demonstrated each pose before asking us to do it. There were roughly 3 new students that class and it would be best to predict that we'd never heard of those poses before. So I was a little lost at times. The session was very rigorous and satisfying otherwise. Good music choice, friendly staff members, and good vibes all around.
Alice is the absolute best! her guidance, loving energy and lavendar washcloth really nade my day. I moved north 6 months ago, but every time I'm in town, I make sure to get in for a class.
