Yesterday I took Kiley's 7:00 am class. What a great it was and what a great instructor Kiley is! The class was flawless and Kiley is outstanding! But here's what really impressed me. That was my first class with Kiley (I usually take Brandon's 7:00 Wednesday) and after the class she came up to me and she remembered my name. When someone remembers my name, I remember that person. I struggle in yoga because I'm older and overweight, but Kiley kind words for me and encouragement. Brandon always does the same. In fact, every instructor at CY Detroit has always made it a point to reach out to me after class and acknowledge me. Wow! It's greatly appreciated and motivating. Thank you to Kiley and Brandon and to all the team at CY Detroit. But one request: some of the asanas are really difficult for me but I don't know how to modify them or how to use the blocks or if I can use the wall for balance.
